Usually really fresh but yesterday not so much.
The floor staff member was so focused on overstuffing his paper napkins that he didn’t notice several customers needing his help.
I truly value the staff at this restaurant; they are consistently friendly. Whenever I'm feeling a bit down, I come here just to brighten my day by seeing them.
I always have a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A. I have no complaints whatsoever. The service is consistently fast.
I ordered the grilled chicken club from Chick-fil-A, but it arrived cold and without lettuce. My husband’s meal was overcooked. Although we ordered both a large and a medium fry, we only received enough fries for a medium. Additionally, the trash bin was overflowing and the tables were dirty. The menu left much to be desired in terms of accuracy and quality.
