We ordered House special Honey chilli and there was no sauce at all, just a small amount of watery stuff in the bottom of the carton, this combined with a porti... read more We ordered House special Honey chilli and there was no sauce at all, just a small amount of watery stuff in the bottom of the carton, this combined with a portion of rice, made for a very dry meal, do we need to order an additional 3 pots of sauce just to have something to go over the rice? im glad we didnt order chips aswell, every other chinese restaurant normally serves this dish as a sticky red sauce, we also ordered a starter box and a satay sauce, the starter wasnt of the best quality and not the best value for money in comparison to others in the area, the satay sauce tasted like very salty watery gravy, we werent able to use it at all as it totally ruined the taste of anything we dipped in it, I've tried alot of Chinese takeaways from all over, but this is like nothing ive ever had before, its as if they served us something different to what we ordered.

We tried Wo Ping a couple of weeks ago and last night but meals were excellent, the special curry could do with being a bit thicker but it was still very good. Last night I had chicken in chilli and garlic., it was outstanding. The chicken was good quality and the vegetables had good texture, not overcooked. Probably better to order ahead, the first time I didn’t realise how busy it would be so I had a bit of a wait.

The only thing we wished for was that the curry sauce could have been a bit spicier.

I will definitely... read more I tried Wo Ping for the first time and it did not disappoint. The munchies box, torpedo prawns, and Cantonese style BBQ duck were all perfect. I will definitely be trying more items from their menu. This place is definitely worth a visit for takeout only.
