Even during t... read more I want to start by giving a shout-out to Payton, the bartender. Despite the busy atmosphere, she handled everything with such ease and efficiency. Even during the rush, she took the time to make me a more complex drink, which I really appreciate—especially since I can be a bit particular at times. The entire staff impressed me; they operated under excellent management. I witnessed the managers working hard in every aspect, from food prep to cleaning tables and cooking. Their dedication is truly commendable. Honestly, I think they're absolutely fantastic!

Our server, Stephany, was VERY attentive and prompt. Great service!! Booths are partitioned off between each other. All Applebee's personnel wore face masks. Kudos to you Applebee's!!! Appreciate that safety precaution. I enjoyed the Oriental grilled chicken salad. First time to try this. Would definitely eat again. Very fresh veggies. My husband had the Tex Mex Shrimp Bowl. Great dish also. He will definitely order it again.

However, I've noticed some cleanliness is... read more I've visited this restaurant several times and each time, the waitstaff has been incredibly sweet and patient with me. However, I've noticed some cleanliness issues; our table was sticky, and I found out from a friend who used to work here that servers sometimes eat off customers' plates before they're sent out. Additionally, I've seen some kitchen staff handling food without gloves and with dirty hands. I stopped by today for a quick bite and nearly slipped on my way to the table. I am very disappointed with the service I've experienced repeatedly and the troubling information I've received. I cannot recommend dining here frequently!
