It was the... read more The food had a terrible smell. I ordered Tahchin, and it was greasy on the inside and burnt on the outside, clearly having been baked a few days ago. It was the worst experience I've ever had. They are using low-quality, expired meat, and you wouldn't believe how many spices they mix in to mask the odor. Customer service is another major issue for this place. When I mentioned that they can't claim their food is fresh if it's rotten and asked to speak to the manager, they advised me not to contact management. If your health matters to you, I would advise against trusting them.

I ordered beef kabab, chicken kabab, and a bowl of soup. Everything was delicious, except the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. I contacted the management about it, and they promptly apologized and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is fantastic! I will definitely try their food again!

As an Expres... read more I'm a fan of Cazba and have visited several of their locations, but this one seems to be falling short in terms of customer service and efficiency. As an Express location, I anticipated quick and prompt service, but that wasn’t the case during my visit. It appeared that they were overwhelmed with a rush of new orders, and it seemed like some of the staff were still in training. I'm not suggesting you shouldn't go, as I really enjoy their food, but just be ready for a wait. If you're very hungry and can't wait 15-20 minutes, it might be a good idea to order ahead.
