To prevent any further negative encounters, I chose to leave. It was evident that there was a significant lack of basic customer service training; staff should never raise their voices or point at customers when mistakes happen. Additionally, there were no napkins or utensils included in the bag, and I found a large bone in my chicken. I would suggest avoiding this place altogether.
