Verona 18 Italian cuisine at Copper Valley Golf Club. We ate there tonight and it was excellent. Food was great. The service was outstanding and the view is spectacular. we will go back often now. It?s very nice dining. Prices arefair.

Our server was very nice and attentive, I give them 5 stars for service. The 3 stars were for my food. I ordered the braised beef,presentation was 5 stars, flavor 4.5 but the beef itself was super tough! I?ve ordered braised beef many times from otherrestaurants and the meat has always been very tender, so it was disappointing. However when I told the server she quicklybrought out another entree for me. That?s what I get for not sticking to the plan of ordering the Prime Rib! Being that everyoneelse enjoyed their meals and the only thing that was disappointing was the texture of the meat, I will return and give itanother try. I really want to like the restaurant and hope that the next experience is better since we live in the community.Copperopolis doesn?t offer many restaurants choices, it would be nice to have a good restaurant within walking distance when wewant a meal out or entertaining guests.
