The service was bot... read more I visited Ruby Tuesday on a Saturday night and was initially told there would be a 45-60 minute wait, but it ended up being just 30 minutes. The service was both attentive and friendly, and they accepted coupons from both parties at our table. The salad bar had a nice selection, and I especially liked the Ranch and Catalina French dressings. The spiral macaroni salad stood out as particularly delicious, along with the other pasta salads. We ordered the Chicken Fingers dinner and the Fried Shrimp Dinner. The chicken fingers included 4-5 pieces, fries, and a baked potato—good but nothing extraordinary. The fried shrimp was tasty and came in a generous serving, much more than the small shrimp I had expected. The broccoli and baked potato sides were also enjoyable. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would definitely consider returning.

When I arrived to pick up my order,... read more Sam and Destiny are amazing! A few weeks ago, I placed a to-go order by phone, and Sam was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I arrived to pick up my order, he greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. He left such a positive impression that my husband and I decided to come back the following weekend. Although we didn’t see Sam right away, we were seated with Destiny, who was just as kind and attentive. Our experience was fantastic. Later, Sam stopped by to chat with us, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a wonderful evening, and the food was delicious. A complete win! Huge thanks to Sam, Destiny, and the kitchen for a great dinner! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

It's hard to come by people who genuinely love their jobs, but their enthusiasm was both contagious and refreshing! Kudos to the incredible staff! It was clear that they are passionate about what they do, which enhanced our overall experience. The food was fresh, and the salad bar was consistently well-stocked!
