Why travel all the way to Hays when Gigi's is clean, tasty, and friendly? We love having this restaurant in Ellis and are happy that it gives travelers a good impression of our little town. I had chicken fri... read more Stopped in for breakfast, not wanting the excuse Days Inn serves, and I was very pleased. Cute down home cafe with excellent food and service. I had chicken fried steak, hash browns, two eggs, and a pancake, with coffee. All for 8.00+tax. Well worth much more. So, get off the Interstate and give it a try.
