Comfrey And Grill
Comfrey And Grill
Description
This small‑town bar-restaurant serves crave-worthy burgers and classic pub fare with plentiful free parking and affordable $10–$20 lunches, but experiences are uneven. Many diners praise bold flavors, attentive servers and a cozy vibe, while others report overcooked dishes, skimpy salads, missing condiments and inconsistent takeout packaging. The interior’s pronounced political decor divides patrons. In short: excellent on a good night, disappointing on a bad one — bring appetite and tempered expectations.

Loved the food!!! Burgers, cheese curds, tator tots. Had a stellar waitress! She was helpful, friendly and efficient Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
Food was sub-par and took over an hour to get, mid afternoon. Waitress was flustered and impatient but it wasn't even that busy. We won't be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
My salad was all the bitter white innards of the lettuce head. Had to add my own cheese because it didn't have any on it. Small amount of dressing so had to add that. My breaded cauliflower didn't come with cheese dip even though I asked for it. Come on Comfrey this used to be my favorite bar to eat at. My salad cost over $12 and just got the crappy middle of the lettuce. The meals I did order with fries were all just little pieces of fry. This is the 3rd time I haven't been happy but waited to leave a review. Come in here during fall harvest and order out alot of meals but I can't do it this year.
Amazing food, clean place and superb service! The owner even came by to visit! We would definitely go again!
