Something at the centre stood firm on the steaks. I moved in closer to notice it was layers of chicken. And the chef's knife move dexterously to slice out the pieces of chicken from the barbecues. I asked him and he mentioned that this is an 'Arabian Style' of making chicken. And he diligently spiced it up with flavours. It was awesomeness. I didnt mind paying him a little extra for that one. The guy is real busy and gets busier into the late nights.
