The food here was good, but not amazing. I got a burger and the patty was clearly from frozen. The fries were great and the kids liked the other things they had, but it was 4/5 in general. I showed up looking for the Alpine Cristo but was disappointed to find that it's no longer offered (updated menu attached). For seating, they had nice dog-friendly outdoor tables, which is what we were looking for. But they were uncovered and the sun was blazing on the 88 degree day we visited. The store is fun and has lots of huckleberry fare to choose from, several examples of which I purchased and found them to be delicious. So overall it's not perfect, but it's definitely worth checking out!Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly with a kids menuParking: Plenty of parking on a gravel lot adjacent to the store.Wheelchair accessibility: Tight but accessible

This was our 5th vacation to montana. We’ve always purchased huckleberry patch items at other stores in prior visits. We stopped in for food and some souvenirs to kill 7 hours before our flight home . A few ladies walked in before us, an hour after opening. They had forgot to unlock the door. We walked in and no one was there to sit us. I noticed a sign above the register said “Order food here” so I figured it was a order and pay first not a sit down place. We walked up to order and could only see ice cream , pies and shakes. We wanted food. Not rudely but not friendly I was told to go over there (a vague hand wave towards the front) towards the entrance . We went back there to find a menu. That’s when a young girl sighed loudly and said “over here”. I asked to see a menu. My kid is picky and wanted to make sure he would like something. She sighed again and rolled her eyes at me. My husband said in my ear “yeah let’s go” and I agreed. Without looking at the menu we left. I can spend my money at places that want my money. We went down the road to Huckleberry Land. And enjoyed delicious huckleberry pancakes, bacon and eggs, and huckleberry soda. We will never be back to huckleberry patch and I won’t purchase their jams, jellies or taffies in any local store.

We had the huckleberry pie and the crust was so tough. The ice cream was good, though. Maybe it would be better at another time.
