The restaurant is quite small and located near the shopping streets of cologne. It is a good destination to have a break from shopping and enjoy some...nice beer and food. They also have a small fridge where they sell their dumplings, soup and sausages for take away and home cooking!

When I first stood in front of the Cologne muzzler a few years ago, I was surprised to rub my eyes. But the miracle is true. In the middle of the bustling city centre, close to department store chains and close to the new market lies something hidden this wonderful place: gourmet restaurant, deli, take-away and gourmet shop in one. For all fans of the original Swabian cuisine, for all those who have escaped and home-hearted. You can sit very bright and light in the friendly furnished in the guest room or on the small terrace in front of the door. The service is open-minded and customer-oriented and answers the questions at any time. In addition to lunch table and changing daily meals you can choose the classic at any time: the muzzle bag. Either in a strong broth or nicely melted. I find it imposing that the potato salad served here is served lukewarm, just like it is! The basic components are imported from the Ländle, mainly from the legendary Feinkost Böhm or his descendant Gourmet Compagnie. To this end, you can traditionally sneak a trollinger or a tannial bowl that has cult status even in husk. During my last visit at the beginning of May there was hardly any seating. I was quick and predictive. The mouthbags in the cattle broth (8.90 euros) really tasted like at home – a well-cooled beer from the Rothaus brewery. Magnificent! However, I was obviously the only Schwäbin. Around me only locals, many singles, some couples. The take-away cooling counter is also good, where you can vacuum some leaks and warm up at home. The whole store is super clean. All in all a true gem in the middle of Cologne's shopping city. Shouldn't be a secret tip!
