Xīn Fú Xīng Zhèng Zōng Cháo Zhōu Dǎ Lěng

This is the best Chiu Chow stall in Yuen Long: Ho Ho has reopened after several years, and the food quality is still good. However, the broth may have lost some of its original rich flavor. Perhaps due to low profits, the popular sand tea beef stir-fried noodles are no longer available on Saturdays, which is a bit disappointing. Personally, I highly recommend the Puning bean sauce and Yuen Long cuttlefish, which are delicious when served warm!

食左咁多年潮州鹵水，跟過好多所謂好食好味嘅食評去搵食，點知都係。。 今晚第一次去新福星，絕對有意外嘅驚喜，一個字：讚！
