Disappointing Experience at Waffle House I wish I could say more positive things about this location, but unfortunately, the only highlight of our visit was the... read more Disappointing Experience at Waffle House I wish I could say more positive things about this location, but unfortunately, the only highlight of our visit was the friendly greeting from the staff. From there, things quickly went downhill. It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive, which is unacceptable, especially considering my wife is pregnant, and our 1-year-old was well past their limit by the time the food came out. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, it was cold. Our waffles were stale, came without syrup, and were topped with frozen strawberries, which made them even colder. The service was equally disappointing; after a while, they stopped refilling our waters, and when I asked the owner for some, she agreed but then just stood at the front of the restaurant, watching us instead of addressing the issue. I usually prefer places like Batter Up Pancakes or Sandy's, and after this experience, I would honestly choose Denny's over Waffle House any day. If I could give zero stars, I would. We definitely won't be coming back
