Kiki and her team had excellent service, uplifting her coworkers on their work and food was great
Great customer service. Our sandwiches were tasty and bread was crisp to perfection. Highly recommended!
Service was amazing. She was a cashier and a sandwich maker, she did both very well. I give it 3 stars because it was very expensive. A small personal sized bottle of soda was $3.25! She forgot to put the cheese on my tri-tip sandwich and I paid almost $10 for a few small pieces of meat wrapped in lettuce. The prices here are astronomical! 3 small sandwiches, one order of fries and 2 drinks was almost $45 dollars!
I've enjoyed sandwiches from other Deli Delicious locations and found them to be quite good. However, I don't know if there has been a change in management or what, but today’s experience was so disappointing that I don't think I’ll be ordering from Deli Delicious again. It was even worse than Subway. There was barely any meat, just a very thin layer of cream cheese, I couldn't find any alfalfa sprouts, and the bread was stale. I'm not sure if it’s incompetent management or a cheap franchisee cutting corners, but either way, it's not a good situation. I won't be returning.
This was by far the worst experience I've had at this location. I used to choose this place specifically because I could trust that my food would be made correctly without any issues. However, in the last month, I've encountered multiple small problems—like missing ranch dressing or the wrong type of bread. Most recently, they forgot almost everything on my sandwich. The person I spoke with on the phone was trying to be helpful, but it was clear they were feeling overwhelmed and struggled to stay composed under pressure. I do my best to be understanding when restaurants are busy, so I drove there myself, thinking they would have had enough time to resolve the rush and fix my order. When I walked in, however, I noticed that the person I had spoken to on the phone was chatting with someone they knew personally and using them as 'backup' to explain the rush. If there was indeed a rush, that's understandable, but the way everything unfolded felt like terrible customer service. The bottom line is I will never return here again.
