Changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. Waited in line at Aldi for over 10 minutes behind someone trying to pay with 10 different credit cards that were all declined. Finally, a new checkout stand opened and the cashier called everyone in the other line over, skipping over me. I had 5 items and went to that line, but was told to go back to the original line by the cashier. When I suggested taking the next person in line, he just apologized and insisted I go back. Frustrated, I put my items down and left. Terrible customer service experience.
Cooler place with unique decor, unlike any other restaurants. Don't forget to try their signature basket quarter dish.
I used to frequent Aldi when I lived in Chicago, and it was always crowded. It's a bit inconvenient having to use a quarter to use a shopping cart, but they really should have someone on hand to help retrieve and return them. The prices were great, but they should have additional cashiers available when the lines get long. Also, the staff could be a bit friendlier, it wouldn't hurt.
Determined to visit aldi today, I am satisfied with my visit! large imported foods to cheap trips. I went with a car full and only 84 dollars! kasse was nice and gave us 3 free bags to pack our food. I'll be back.
I mean, it’s Aldis what’s not to love. I’ve notFound a location I don’t love. Big following on Facebook for the AOS isle. Great community and I always find things for a way better price than regular stores or grocery stores. Always new foods to try and new gadgets to get (that you don’t need but gotta have)
