I was about to settle for an Impossible Whopper (no cheese, no mayo, no bun—pretty disappointing) at a rest stop when I decided to quickly check Happy Cow. I'm so glad I did! We both ordered the lion's mane tacos, and they were fantastic—perfectly cooked and seasoned, simply delightful. I also grabbed a peach streusel muffin to-go, which was moist and delicious, packed with peach. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was charming. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. We'll definitely be returning next time we’re in the area!
Incredible vegan cuisine! I'm not usually a fan of sweets, but I absolutely love the desserts here. The teas are fantastic as well. You can really taste the love that goes into her cooking. My favorite dishes are the salad and the spicy mushroom tacos. Great vegetarian options available, too!
I’m so glad i found this place randomly while i was looking for vegan cake options! Not only the food is amazing but the vegan cake i tried was delicious as well!!! Definitely recommend this place.
