This restaurant definitely needs a significant makeover; the exterior is quite worn down. The employee I encountered had a really poor attitude, likely due to being the only one working there, which suggests they are understaffed. I hope they can improve this place because KFC is one of my favorite quick dining options. 4/6/24 View all feedback.
My family and I ordered online at eight forty five. We showed up to the drive through to get our food. And the manager RYA or RILEY not sure what her real name is because she took off her name tag, she said they only had 4 chicken tenders left. We went inside the store so she can help us issue a 31 dollar refund and she said she 's only 17 and she didn 't know how to do it. She called us BRO and WEIRD and said she was trying to close her store 1 hour 15 minutes early. She had all her little friends outside and she left the store unattended to go talk with them. She threatened to call the police on us and was hiding from us behind the store. She helped a girl that came in to get door dash and wouldn 't help us. Also she looked High like she had been smoking Marijuana. Whoever owns this KFC is going to lose alot of money with a manager like RYA. She told me she didn 't have to tell me her name and that I wouldn 't get my 31 dollars back. She said she had no idea how to help me. This is the worst KFC I 've ever been to in my life. I 've never seen such a lazy, disrespectful, clueless, and rude manager.
As usual I was over charged and under served. Bought an 8 PC meal in the drive through, was told they had no thighs, advised them no problem just substitute other pieces preferably not wings. Get home and there are only 6 pieces of chicken ?Started calling at 8:30pm and NEVER got an answer. Really?! ??UPDATE:Finally reached the manager who apologized profusely and offered to make it right.
I got raw chicken from the claremore location last night 2/6/24. And no I haven't talked to anyone from there about
Never fails. Always missing pieces of chicken.
Good 3 piece white dinner. ?
