Auberge Le Plo - Cite de Carcassonne

Great restaurant. We wanted to eat a good cassoulet, we weren't disappointed! The dishes are hearty and very good, the magnificent setting with its pretty terrace surrounded by stones. The waitresses are great.

Super small restaurant in the heart of the city of Carcassonne. The frame is very pleasant with this small courtyard overlooking one of the alleys. We eat well, a kitchen almost as at home at relatively reasonable prices. It's a good standard kitchen. The service is impeccable, neat, fast and the staff is very pleasant. In short a very good address, just think of a table if you want to be quiet.
