This place is fantastic! I've been coming here for a long time, and the service has consistently been excellent. I would say the food has improved even more over the years!
Overall, the food is excellent, and the customer service provided by the staff is outstanding. The restaurant is very clean, and all employees consistently ensure that sanitary measures are followed when handling customers' food. The dining area is small, and please note that they only accept cash! Parking on the street can be challenging, but there is a parking lot just a short walk away.
Highly recommended! If you're trying birria for the first time, I suggest ordering it with just the pure masiza. If they ask if you want everything, I would recommend holding off on that; some might not enjoy the flavor of the additional ingredients, but everyone has different tastes.
A true East Side local place to eat. This place has been here for many years and I hope it continues to stay. On very busy days like Saturday morning or Sunday morning there can be a long line (the line will be out of the restaurant). BIRRIA IS A GREAT HANGOVER CURE! Please do dine in, if you get the birria plates they can refill your plate with consome. The food speaks for itself. The staff is very nice. This place is a real gem and they now accept credit cards. Wheelchair accessibility: It is not wheelchair accessible
The food is very good, the bad thing is that the waitress always has her unfriendly face and when you order takeout they ask for a tip and apart from the fact that they demand a tip, they don't check your order, you never put napkins, spoons, etc., they forget the commercial one is the best option.
