Lockdown offers a unique dining experience with a focus on prison-themed décor and a menu that features hearty burgers and American dishes made with fresh ingredients sourced from local vendors. The trendy restaurant boasts a virtual concert hall setting with flat-screen televisions broadcasting live music, making it an ideal spot for enjoying a meal and drinks with loved ones. To start off the meal, diners can choose from appetizers such as fried Vienna dill pickle chips, pulled pork sliders, yellow cheddar and fried onion strings, or crispy chicken wings with a selection of sauces. For the main course, guests have the option to customize their own macaroni and cheese plates with a variety of cheeses and toppings, or build their own burgers with 10 oz Angus beef on a choice of pretzel or brioche bun.

Incredible burgers! The mac and cheese is the best I've ever tasted! The sweet potato fries are outstanding! This place is a must-visit every time I go to Chicago!
This is one of the top five burger joints around! It has a fantastic atmosphere during the day, with rock music playing in the background. It can get quite busy at times, but it's definitely worth the wait. And be sure to try some of the cake balls or pops—they're a must!
Great food good selection of craft beers on draft. The place has that friendly local bar feel that is hard to find. Bartenders are helpful and attentive.
METAL AND CHEESEBURGERS!!! Whats better?!?! Excellent atmosphere and service. Prices are kinda jacked, but its worth a visit once in a while. I tried the Stoned Warden. Effin incredible! Id say the food is better than Kumas for sure.
