Philly Steak Shack - Chester

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had mixed feelings about the experience. Let me explain. The location is directly across from a prison and it's not in the best area of the city. When I parked in the garage, my concerns were confirmed, but I won't go into detail—let's just say my instincts were correct. However, the inside of the restaurant is beautiful, and there is a good amount of security present. I spent about three hours there and had no issues during my visit. Based on this experience, I would likely return.

This place isn't a casino where you strike it rich, but it's located in the less glamorous part of Chester City. That said, the area isn't necessarily bad. This Harrah's doesn't offer complimentary services as far as I've noticed. However, it's conveniently located and open all night, plus the staff is quite relaxed.

I had an incredible time! I spent $15 and won $275 right off the bat. I was feeling down, but I came home feeling really happy! The atmosphere was very inviting.
