Our waitress was quite disappointing; she accidentally spilled a... read more Dinner at this restaurant is usually a great experience, but tonight seemed to be an exception. Our waitress was quite disappointing; she accidentally spilled a drink on someone in our group. When she was confronted about it, her response was, “Oh, I don’t usually work on Thursdays.” One of our group members didn’t enjoy his meal and explained why to her. Instead of addressing the issue, she left the plate behind, prompting him to pack it up to take home for his dog. When she returned, she had the audacity to make a rude comment with a smirk, saying, “Oh, so you’re taking it home?” She also informed him that he would be charged half for the meal just because he was taking it with him. Seriously? After spilling a drink on him and knowing that he hadn’t enjoyed his meal, this was just very poor service. We spent $150.00 for a disappointing experience. I hope this was just a bad night, as the restaurant typically offers excellent food and service.

They offered... read more A classic old vibe restaurant. We took about 20 people there for a mercy meal after my aunt's funeral. They could not have been more accommodating. They offered us a wide variety of options to choose from. The servers were attentive and the food came out promptly when we ordered. I had veggie stir fry, delicious! Many people ordered the haddock and they all loved it. I highly recommend Eller's! Vegetarian options: I can only speak to the veggie stir fry butnI believe their were lunch salad options too

She was professional,... read more Ellers is a hidden jewel in the Worcester area located on Rt9 just over the city line in Leicester. Tonight we had Eric(k)a as a waitress. She was professional, attentive and had a great sense of humor. Dinner started with a sampler that includes PB Jchicken, fried Mac cheese balls, and shepherd pie bites all of which should make it to the regular appetizer menu. The maincourse was served up to include Chicken cordon Bleu with mashed and string beans, a fried chicken sandwich covered in cheese andbacon and served with fries, and this nacho Mac cheese awesomeness covered in jalapenos and chips that you have to experience.Always a top notch experience at Ellers. Keep up the good work guys.
