Sadly our last visit... read more I wish I could give more stars. Food is good but you have to make sure you get you discount. Twice I've tried and twice it did not happen. Sadly our last visit was not only a disappointment on that front; but, also make certain you get what your paying for BEFORE you leave with your sandwich. We paid for a deluxe and clearly he did not get it! I will post the pic. I contacted the franchise owner and I received a letter of apology and appreciation that they can utilize my experience for future customers. I a senior on a fixed income would have appreciated my $2 discount and a refund from the deluxe I paid for and the regular sandwich received. We arrived around 2:00 PM. As we were leaving, we saw a person wearing a Subway shirt in the parking lot. Overall, the service was a 1.

I ordered a 12-inch chicken teriyaki sandwich and she asked me what kind of bread I wanted. I said white, but she didn't inquire about cheese and automatically added white American, which is what my husband orders. I ordered my Italian sandwich on white bread and specified that I wanted double cheese and which kind. When she started preparing the sandwiches, I noticed she used Italian herb and cheese bread instead of the white I requested. When I pointed out the mistake, she got defensive and insisted that I had said that type of bread. Even my husband, who was standing behind me, heard me say white. She argued that it was just white bread with herbs and cheese, which was frustrating. When she asked if I wanted it or not, I told her she was being rude, and she turned it around on me, claiming I was the one being rude. It was shocking! She made the error but got angry with me! Other customers nearby witnessed the entire exchange. She wasn't wearing a name tag, but her hair was half dark and half purple-red. I was disappointed that the other two employees didn’t step in to handle the situation better. I will be reporting this to corporate!

There... read more I was the assistant manager at this Subway and I worked there for over a year. Subway does NOT have raw meat of any kind. ALL meats come in FULLY cooked. There has never been raw chicken or another raw meat at Subway. The manager at Subway has been nothing but nice to me and all her employees. I throughly enjoyed my time at Subway.
