During my last visit, they prepared my pick-up order incorrectly, but I only realized after I got home. When I returned to request a refund or replacement sandwiches, they insisted I drive back home to pick up the incorrect order first. This resulted in wasted time and they ultimately refused to correct their error. The initial worker I interacted with was also impolite. Overall, their bread seems to have more intelligence than their employees.
