Good food. Absolute abismal customer service. Manager was very rude and wouldnt allow us to order inside when its negative temps out and i have small children. Will never go back here again. Jimmy Johns is right up the road if you want better and friendlier service.

Potbelly is generally consistent w/ their food quality- and we enjoy coming to this location. Unfortunately the last few visits have not been good. To start, spent $49 for 3 sandwiches and 4 shakes. Shakes were like water/little taste- sandwiches were low on ingredients and just ok. Most certainly a decline in this locations product quality- this meal tasted like $15 dollars- no where near $50.

The wreck sandwich is incredibly good. The best sandwich I've ever had an opportunity to try. The bread was extra special in flavor texture (not to heavy). Chips available... this place is memorable! Don't miss it!

I personally love this place! The staff are just amazing and they couldnt be any nicer! The location itself is very well kept and clean, of course offering a variety of things to see on the wall, the all around fun decor, and also the music, always a plus! The sandwiches are always great and made in a timely fashion. I most definitely recommend the location and the sandwiches!
