Can?t even get a cold brew right. Tasted sour, and where is my foam ? Night Shift never gets it right.
Overall long wait times. Even with mobile orders which is supposed to be ready when you arrive at the specified time. Not the case here. I was forgot about a few times. Waited 10 minutes for a coffee and was late to work because I didn 't see any staff to speak to concerning the coffee that I paid for. The poor lady on the sandwich bar had to make my coffee for me as the original staff decided to work drive thru without finishing the coffee she started to make. So sad. My most recent experience: My Bagel was over toasted and missing a lot of cream cheese. Maybe I 'm picky, but I 'm certainly not satisfied with this location at all. Wish I could get a refund.

TIMIES DURING COVID HAS LEARNED BAD PRACTICES OF DOING ANYTHING THEY WANT BAD HOURS .POOR NIGHTLY SELECTION OF PRODUCTS ON THE SHELF. EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICES AT THE COUNTER, BAD HOURS OF OPERATION. I HOPE MANAGMENT WILL START TO LOOK AND LISTEN TOCUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited for half an hour in the Drive-Thru line without it moving at all, so I decided to leave and go inside. However, when I got there, I found a sign saying that the restaurant was Drive-Thru only. I tried to use the kiosk, but I ended up getting kicked out.
