We were drawn to the menu of the drome and were disappointed because the menu on the site and once arrived at the restaurant were different. The squash marrow with heart shining carrot is nothing but a zucchini flan. The pressed tomatoes contain tomatoes but no confitated tomatoes. Vegetables accompanying the cute pork net are either raw or too cooked and meat is insipid. The most shocking was the child menu for our girl who was very attractive: pork rib with her honey juice and sweet spices - perfect chocolate. the waitress told us they had no pig rib for 2 days and our daughter had a slice of supermarket ham rolled with some rattes. and the perfect one was replaced by an ice ball that we didn't even take. I find it unacceptable as a restaurateur, when we take advantage of a certain standing, not to bother going to a butcher to restock. A stop that we will not renew and can only advise.
At the beginning, we chose to eat in this restaurant for convenience, because we stayed at the adjacent inn, isolated in the countryside, and because the place was full of charm (tables installed in the patio of the inn, very beautiful).At the arrival we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this restaurant: the dishes are excellent, refined and original, the reception is very reasonable and the price is very nicer. To recommend, really.
For one night at the hostel we also took advantage of the restaurant that is part of the same set. In the evening, we ate for 25 euros (28 with cheese it seems to me) a very complete menu. Entrance: fresh goat cheese and tomatoes(well presented), accompanied by saladeplat: leafy pate presented in a large bowl with inside the salmon, ravioli and blue vercors (presentation very original)Fromage blanc ou secdessert: panna cotta d'abricot à lavande (tres impeccablee!)Quality report price more than correct to compare what is done at home.
