If you are in Madrid, take the Cercanis train to Cercedilla for one of the best pizzas you'll ever have. I lived in Italy for 8 years, and honestly, when I moved to Spain I really missed the food. I was so surprised and thankful when I met Socio, the super fun manager of this place. He's from Naples, and has brought the traditional cuisine all the way to the Sierra de Guadarrama. Now I get to live the best of both worlds Spanish lifestyle, functioning transportation, and Italian food! Socio and Chicca (his dog) are the life of the party every evening, and they take great care of their guests. After a hike in the sierra, there is nothing better than a pizza napolitana da i Matteo!
