I liked the place and especially the variety of types of pizzas. can be found with different stacks, and also spreads differently (high Neapolitan type, or pulled to the Emilian) .
We had several different pizzas at a table of 15 on a Monday evening. The Neapolitan pizza was very good, with a soft, digestible crust and dough. The ingredients were also good, all fresh. Interesting beer pairings. They also make giant pizzas served on enormous steel plates. The vegan option for several pizzas is interesting. The desserts are also good. Reservations are recommended.
Booked for 2 hours at 7:30 pm, 1 pizza, gnocco, and tigelle. The room was almost empty. The pizza arrived after serving tables that arrived after us. I was halfway through dinner, gnocco and tigelle. I asked if it would be possible to swap the cured meats plate for cheeses, and they kindly agreed. For those who love dips, Nutella, jams, squaccherone, etc., this is not the place. They arrived with 2 vegetable dips and lard and parmesan. As I don't eat meat, they were absolutely useless.
