Bibi Poke - Centennial
Bibi Poke
Description
Small, charming poke shop turns out reliably fresh fish, generous portions and bright, well-balanced bowls—think spicy salmon, Hawaiian tuna and tangy house sauces—plus kimchi and kombucha. Clean, cozy seating (including outdoor space) easily handles groups, offers takeout and budget-friendly promotions like BOGO½ and a stamp-card loyalty program. Service can be mixed—helpful but not always warmly welcoming—but the flavor, value and repeat-worthy quality make it a must-try lunch spot.

This is a cozy little shop, but they still had enough space to accommodate our group of eight. They were offering a buy one, get one half off deal, which made an already budget-friendly meal even more appealing. The fish was incredibly fresh, setting it apart from other poke places I've tried. Their house sauce perfectly complemented the dish and brought all the flavors together. I wholeheartedly give it two thumbs up!
I visited this place for the first time and had no idea what poke was, but I've become a big fan! Eating outside was a lovely experience as well. I was so impressed that I returned the very next day. They also offer kombucha, which is a nice bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience!
Absolutely delicious poke! I ordered a small bowl to go, and it was fantastic. The restaurant has a charming and clean atmosphere. My bowl was packed with flavorful ingredients and was the perfect size for lunch. I'll definitely be returning!
I will never return to regular sushi after this experience. This place is far superior, and you get a lot of food for the price. The staff is helpful and patient. The spicy salmon is outstanding, and the kimchi is delicious. I’ll be bringing my whole family next time!
However, I do wish the staff could be a bit more welcoming during our visits. We've been there three times this week, and while I inquired about a loyalty program, it took a while before I finally received a stamp card. It would be nice if the staff member smiled more when we arrive. Still, I keep coming back for the food, rather than the customer service.
