I was unsure about where to eat during my work trip, but I was delighted to find that Gaia is conveniently located just around the corner!
100% Vegan, free of animal products exclude all forms of animal exploitation and cruelty. Our aim is to foster health and wellness by serving healthy and appetizing meals based exclusively on plant-food. We believe that everyone should have access to premium-quality however budget-friendly Vegan meals and Detox juices.
The restaurant was a bit difficult to locate the first time I visited, but here are some instructions: head to Ayala Malls Central Bloc and on the 4th floor you will find a counter with several restaurants, including Food Choices where you will find this restaurant! This place offers a wide variety of vegan options for both food and drinks, which was very enjoyable for me. The juices were particularly interesting! I have dined here about 5 times now and my favorite dish so far is the black burger. It's worth noting that the restaurant may not always be open as late as the shopping center itself, so be sure to check the opening times if you plan to visit later in the evening. I once arrived and found that it had already closed for the day.
