We ordered the lechon baka, and it was incredibly delicious and succulent, striking the ideal balance between fat and lean meat. The only downside was the numerous flies flying around the seating area. If the fans aren't on, they tend to linger over your food. I finally located Smoke Stack after some initial confusion with the address. The ordering process was quick and straightforward. I opted for the GM1, which features smoked ribs and lechon baka, and I couldn't be more pleased with my selection. The lechon baka was remarkably tender with beautifully marbled meat, while the ribs were equally soft and packed with flavor. I highly recommend this place for meat enthusiasts; the prices are fair, and the portions are ample—definitely a fantastic value for your money. I'll be coming back for more, and a special thanks to Jeff, one of the owners, for the great recommendation. I ordered the combo meal, which included a generous portion of delicious smoky lechon baka and a couple of tender pork ribs smothered in their flavorful BBQ sauce. Be sure to request extra rice! The restaurant is somewhat cramped as they share tables with other food vendors, and it can get quite smoky from the roaster. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
