To begin with, dirty bathrooms, no toilet paper or paper towels. The employee who was cleaning the floor when we arrived was the same one who I called later went on to replace the food on the stove. The meat dishes looked like they had been reheated, while the chicken dish was dry. It was not a pleasant experience. They need to improve a lot if they intend to offer a good gastronomic service.
