Today I got “hamburger” (the photo I put here is the”hamburger” the cheese was dry,The meat was good but where is bread ? The meals are horrible. The chef must to be changed

The only positive thing about this hotel I found was that the rooms even if a bit older are clean otherwise total disaster and it is relatively close to Paganel... read more The only positive thing about this hotel I found was that the rooms even if a bit older are clean otherwise total disaster and it is relatively close to Paganella ski center. Rude, unfriendly staff not willing to speak any other language than Italian. Poor food in school cantina style terribly distributed between guests, breakfast same everyday, waiters are avoiding guests so you have to wait for everything and ask and demand over and over. Bathroom smelled terribly the drain was stucked. Wifi doesn’t work. Smelly and dirty wellness open only for few hours a day, possible to use only one hour after prior reservation. Very very disappointing.

No vegtables for breakfast, cheap cheese and salami, whereas for dinner they offered variety of vegetables which were cold! No vegetarian options to choose. Additionally, the internet was almost not working. Rooms were small but clean. They have ski shoes dryer which was so handy!
