Paying 17 euros (among other things by surprise, since the prices on the monitor were not updated) for two toasts, without service, with a forgotten ingredient in one of the two, eating on stools without even having a tray below to be able to support them, is really exaggerated. But with a little bit of attention, you can definitely improve.
