Description

Customer reviews for the restaurant vary from exceptional to disappointing. The hostess received praise for professionalism, while the sirloin steak received a scathing review. The bottomless prosecco experience was described as hit or miss, with mixed feelings towards the staff. However, the prosecco brunch was celebrated for top-notch service and delicious food. Another customer raved about the fantastic meal and recommended the place. Afternoon tea was also commended for being fabulous. The restaurant's prices were deemed fair for the quality of food, with special mentions for the steak and lobster club. Overall, diverse experiences highlight both positive and negative aspects of dining at this establishment.

Beautiful afternoon tea with a great selection of teas and cakes. Staff were very attentive and the afternoon tea was presented in a very attractive way.

The hostess was professional and polite addressing all of our questions about the menu. The sirloin steak was dry and tasted horrible, and the manager kindly offered either a replacement or a complimentary dessert. Sticky pudding was nice and the pastry busket was fresh and totally worth it! Avoid the coffee at all costs! Price wise, quite expensive for Cardiff and I would say it is at least .

It’s rare that I start a dining experience with a history lesson.  Although a couple of weeks ago it appeared that geology was on the timetable; and a few months back…chemistry.  So to be fair if nothing else, this food blog appears to be determined to reinforce my secondary education…oh joy!

Had a fantastic experience at the restaurant and bar, such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Huge shout-out to Callun, Louis, Cloudia, El, Basam, and Liv for their outstanding service. One team member, in particular, stood out, he was rushing around with so much energy and even joked, ‘I’m not in the rhythm yet!’ Despite that, he was incredibly hard-working, kind, and friendly. The whole team made the place feel warm and vibrant. A memorable visit! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
