The signage is... read more We found this pretty cute place near the Smokey the Bear Museum. Excellent fresh hot pizza. Friendly service. Cool decor and great music inside. The signage is kind of hard to find, but definitely stop. Recommended!

I had the Meat lovers pizza and I wish my stomach could hold more than the 4 pieces I ate. The waitress was honestly the best I've ever had hands down, she was on top of everything all the while training a girl who was new. As a first time customer she gave me a cookie that was amazing that the cook makes fresh. If you're in the area I would recommend checking this place out even if it's a bit of a drive for you, do yourself a favor and make the drive. I'll be coming back every time I'm in town, hell I'll probably go back tomorrow before I head back home.

It was nice that they gave us free cookies at the end of our meal for being first time customers. However, I don?t really recommend going here if you consider yourself Covid-conscious. The waitress pulled down her mask completely to talk to us and take our order. I overheard her telling other customers that she didn?t care what phone number they put down for contact tracing, that they could put down any random set of numbers. She obviously didn?t care about taking it seriously even though it?s a mandate for restaurants. The waitress did not ask us at all to fill out information for contact tracing.

The salad greens were fresh (home grown? and the green chili cheeseburger pizza was tasty with a good crust. Especially in Capitan, amongst the betterknown Mexican food, burger joints, and diners, Che Palle offers a unique menu and dining experience that is worth visiting.
