The place is really nice , in front of the sea, people is nice too, and my boyfriend was blaring of pleasure while he was eating spaghetti alle vongole, anything ok but there was olives with core in my salad so I risked to loose a tooth...no one told me about the core...so try but be carefull!

Trip advisor says this restaurant is open although the sign on the outside gate says it’s closed for the winter and reopens in May. Too bad we made the trip out and didn’t eat.

I was here once 7 years ago for work and fell in love with the beach, and remembered having a nice lunch as well. This time around, I was still very much pleased with the overall experience of the beach itself and the restaurant. I didn't care for the prices (as they are exorbitantly high) but the food is delcious and the wait staff very friendly. The only complaint I have is that when I was trying to enjoy the view at the table on the patio after I'd finished my lunch, one of the waiters more or less told me that I needed to leave as they needed the table for other patrons. While I understand...I'd still paid, and had a right to sit there for a few minutes before I was ready to leave. The beach is still the most beautiful I've ever been to on the mainland of Italy (I'm not counting Sicily or Sardegna because those are in a completely different category of spectactular) but it's basically impossible to get there without a car! I had to bum rides from strangers both getting there and coming back. So...if you don't speak any Italian, you're probably not going to be able to find a way there. However, if you have a rental car (and we're going on the assumption that you're not a local) definitely do try your hardest to get out there. It's phenominally beautiful and the water is fantastic! While it's difficult to get out there without a car (roughly a 15 minute drive by car), it's worth seeing how picturesque and secluded the whole area is. Out in the country and the hills, there is really nothing around (including no people) for miles and miles. Absolutely beautiful there! Don't miss this place! Great food, and beautiful scenery!
