HUGE MISTAKE coming here. If you get a craving for Sheetz, go anywhere but this one. Even if you have to go outta your way. My order sat back there getting soggy an nasty when my order should have been ready an out there 10 min ago. Then the guy got a huge attitude like he’s something special because he wears a head set. Who cares! Grow up and get a better job, maybe one you can manage. Nothing but trashy drunks in there causing a scene and touching everyone’s food and handing the food to them.

Spent $35 on food that was not even edible. I ordered a quesarito and the cheese wasn't melted and it was a huge mess. My bf got a chicken sandwich that was not only cold like my quesarito, but the sauce was everywhere. All over the bag and my food. My bf all got a breakfast muffin and it was completely burnt. I frequent the sheetz in perry and have never had an issue. Where do I receive a refund? Lol.

I visited this restaurant around 3 AM and witnessed an older gentleman being incredibly rude to one of your employees, Tammy. She remained calm despite his behavior, but he continued his rudeness towards another person as well. It's disappointing to see your employees treated this way; they don't deserve it. The notion that customers are always right is not accurate. Having worked in this industry before, I understand it has its challenges. There should be consequences for those who are disrespectful to your staff. I enjoy coming to your establishments, but I've noticed that employees often face repercussions for complaints made by rude customers, sometimes even losing their jobs, which is completely unfair.

Sheetz has some of the friendliest employees I've ever met. Even when it's busy, they always stay cheerful and welcoming. The menu also provides a wide range of options to enjoy.

This is by far the worst burrito I’ve ever had. With only five ingredients inside—and they couldn’t even fit the single scoop of rice—the whole thing was a complete mess. It fell apart after just two bites.
