Our server was wonderful full of enthusiasm and knowledge, imparting it all in charmingly translated English. He was as much of a highlight as the food, which was delicious from start to finish. We started with shrimp, served over swirls of a lovely pesto, as well as grilled vegetables cooked to perfection. I shared the steak bovine meat, from cows of the hill, 14 km away and the wild boar cooked for 12 years he meant hours and hunted in the forest nearby. It was the best meal of the week perfection in every bite. And total for 5, with wine and dessert, it was only 125 euro.

Farm to table dining just outside of the city center with the most charismatic and passionate server we met in Italy. He will tell you an incredible story of the origin of all of their produce and meats and have you so excited before the meal comes. First out was their fresh baked, warm bread (the only oven warm bread we had in Reggio)! We had a number of dishes including wild boar, local steak, salmon and pasta- as well as delicious deserts! This is a little out of the city but well worth the 15 min ride for a truly memorable experience.

The gnocchi with cured meats was an appetizer; the gnocchi weren't greasy at all, and the cured meats melted in your mouth. For my first course, I ordered two tortelli (herbs and pumpkin), which were delicately flavored and had just the right amount of thickness. Then I ordered grilled vegetables with sweet and sour onions, and to finish, a ginseng liqueur, which, just as I like it, needed a bit of sugar. We spent €29 each. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was quick. Plenty of convenient parking. Recommended!

Excellent cured meats with gnocco fritto, delicious tortelli, and excellent rabbit. Impeccable and courteous service.
