Sloooooow and disrespectful employees. Clueless and cowardly manager. Wingstop should pull this franchise. Multiple customers waiting for food, manager in kitchen on his phone, and one other employee in kitchen. After 25 minutes of waiting and another customer complaining that they 'd been waiting over 35 min, I went to the register and asked for a refund as I was out of time and had to leave.The manager was now at the drink machine getting a drink, looked up at me, then walked past me and out the door! The rude girl at the register proceeded to tell me that she would write down that I wanted a refund, but couldn 't process it, and couldn 't give me a receipt for my order. I asked for the manager and she told me you have to wait for him to come back, maybe an hour, maybe not . I told her to call him and process my refund that 's not how it works here . She then went back to the kitchen where she and a young cook were looking at me, speaking to each other, and laughing. After 5 minutes of being ignored at the counter, another customer spoke up in my defense, and another employee came and opened the register and gave me a refund. They then told the next group that walked in the door that it would be an hour wait for food. At this point I 'd wasted 40 minutes and was empty handed (and empty stomached). The community doesn 't need businesses like these.
