On Sunday, around 3 PM, I encountered a rude server at this restaurant. The mac and cheese I ordered was watery and unappetizing, so I asked to exchange it for something else. The server responded with a bad attitude, claiming that everything is like that. If that's the case, then perhaps they should consider closing down. This was not the first time I have experienced this kind of rude behavior from this particular server.
The pizza wasn't overly greasy (unlike the pizzas of my childhood), had good flavor, and I knew I would definitely be returning. This time, I opted for the XL size with no specific instructions. However, I was quite annoyed by the 3% credit card surcharge that was added to my bill at checkout without prior notification. While it is allowed, customers should be informed beforehand, and receiving a receipt after the fact does not qualify as proper notification in my opinion. The thicker crust was still enjoyable but felt a bit stiffer and stale with less foldability. As for the ambiance, it's a typical outlet food court with some areas closed off. I will definitely return, but only to order a whole pizza with a lighter crust. That concludes this review from a critic, and until next time, I'll be enjoying my meal.
The pizza was amazing, it made me feel like I was really in New York. I felt like I ascended to heaven and then came back down just to have more of this delicious pizza. It was so good that it almost brought me to tears of joy. I give it 5 stars and will definitely be eating here again!
