When I received the f... read more My family was passing through Calhoun Georgia today and stopped at this KFC. We spent $27 on 2 10-piece chicken nugget combos and 2 wraps. When I received the food I noticed the bag was light so we parked and I opened the bag and noticed that it was only one box of food along with the two wraps. I immediately went inside and ask the manager to refund my money because they had just put all the food in one box and it was not worth the price at all. The manager was so rude, he said no. He opened up my food and looked through it, and still said no. He was trying to make me take that food that he had already plundered through. If it wasn't for the other employees I don't know what might have happened. Another employee helped prepare some fresh food so I could at least get what I paid for and leave. The manager was terrible. He definitely should not be in management. He also kept my receipt so I was unable to report him properly. He was a obese, balding, unkempt white man with no customer service. This was the worst experience I have had with a manager.

Sides are often missing, and when you spend over $40 only to have to go back and retrieve what was left out, it’s frustrating. By the time we get the food home, it’s usually cold. This was my last visit, as it has happened three times in a row.

There was only one... read more The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. It felt like the restaurant prioritizes the drive-thru over dine-in customers. There was only one person handling both the counter and the drive-thru, which resulted in long wait times. Several diners were left standing around, waiting to order and for their meals. Customers who were instructed to park in the drive-thru ended up coming inside to retrieve their food. Clearly, they need more staff to manage the flow better.
