The man wo... read more If you use a coupon and are getting it “to go”, they give you OLD food they stored in plastic containers/ziplock and were going to write off/discard. The man working there asked if I was the lady using a coupon. Now I know why. He wanted to make sure I was the person he was giving the old food to. He also tried to give me 4 wings in an 8 piece bucket. He cringed when I said no. The wings were old but now he had to give me some “newer” different pieces. Popcorn chicken tasted like plastic, cold and soggy. They are literally poisoning people! Came home and threw it away. Reported to Alberta Health Food and Safety and KFC head office. This store needs a new owner and manager. It should be shut down immediately!!

The chicken was soaked in old, greasy oil, and three out of the four sides we ordered were incorrect. To make matters worse, we received the wrong drink. Looking at the bucket of food, I can only assume that the extra money we spent to avoid wings was also forgotten. This was a terrible experience for a $100 order.
