A great discovery this morning when going to buy vegetables at the Trébillane farm.. an excellent and perfectly cooked roast chicken with herbs.. with its juice... read more A great discovery this morning when going to buy vegetables at the Trébillane farm.. an excellent and perfectly cooked roast chicken with herbs.. with its juice and tasty potatoes... the 10 minutes of waiting for the end of cooking to be worth it really worth it! Cooking finished around 10:30 a.m. during the week (a late night obliges ; and promised 9 a.m. on the weekend!!! Little extra... the baklavas were great... looking forward to discovering the rest... Rotisserie to recommend with your eyes closed.. what's more, the boss is very nice even when you taunt him a little...!!!
