Lakeside Farms is an absolute gem! Our recent visit was pure enchantment. The farm atmosphere is so inviting and relaxing. We loved strolling through the orchard, picking our own fresh fruit. The kids had a blast in the play area while we enjoyed delicious homemade treats at the cafe. Everything from the apple cider donuts to the pies was mouthwatering! Not worth the trip. Hyped and typical Clifton Park pay for the inauthentic experience, crackerbarrel like 'County store ' and food, but its outside so its chic. Same merch as cracker barrel and same produce as Market 32 or Hannaford. View all feedback.
I stopped in for breakfast with my fiancé and ordered a vegetable omelet with cheese, the eggs were cooked separately and overdone. The vegetables were sautéed and just thrown on the eggs and the cheese was placed on cold. That is not how you make an omelet. I spoke with the manager who was extremely condescending, but offered to give me credit. All I wanted was acknowledgment that is not how you make an omelet. It should be removed from the menu or made correctly!! They may have many customers that keeps their business booming so I assume the customer does not matter.
If u could put everything cute, quaint, delish, dog friendly absolutely adorbabble! Into one beautifully green and barnsy few acres, bing…it’s this lil slice of heavenly peach pie, right here. As a newbie to the area, it provides inexplicable comfort to know this is here. I don’t even have a home of my own, yet, but felt right in it, at Lakeside Farms. The fresh produce, the baked goods, the sweetest of staff… My dogs said “they had me at cider donuts and a big field in back.” Yup. Sums it up.
Chicken and biscuit friday is amazing. We bought some baked goods, in-house bakery is cranking out the sweets. Lots of apple cider donuts.
The Lakeside Farms store and lunch counter are absolutely spectacular! All of the staff is friendly and helpful, with any and all questions. Food is prepared very quickly and with great care, regardless of how busy they are. We had deli sandwiches. Both were delicious, bread was fresh, toppings were also fresh and crisp (lettuce onions) and amounts of condiments (mustard horseradish) were ample, but not too much! I've also been here for breakfast and all of my expectations for a wonderful lunch were met or exceeded!! Thank you for being exemplary establishment and business in a time when it's rare.
Lovely family owned place that serves excellent food avs home baked goods, but they also have a great produce section, candy selection and a greenhouse too boot... just get down there you won't be disappointed.
