Sal was very helpful at the niagara falls Blvd. East amherst location recommending the ceramic wax and windshield service we came back today and sal was working and remembered who we were and took great car of us me and my wife both got our vehicles taken care of. I can't get my car washed here anymore. First, the rinse cycle is not long enough. I always get soap scum showing up after I drive away. Next, their wash took off my rear windshield wiper. I thought it was a fluke, got a new wiper. Went for the return wash, and it took off my brand new wiper! I'm very dissatisfied with their car wash. They tend to have good prices on gas though, especially if you have the payment car... View all feedback.

What a JOKE! I went here to purchase a monthly car WASH plan and was LIED TO by an employee HAILEY who LIED just to get a sale off of me! I called the location and was again lied to but this time by a MANAGER named MIKE I was told I can call corporate to get a full refund. I called corporate spoke to an AMBER and was told I could NOT get a refund !!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING behavior all to get a sale !!! If I did this to my customers I can assure you I would not have a job!!!!
Visited the Delta Sonic West Amherst Brick oven today and want to give a great big shout out and thanks to Derek B! What an amazing example of over the top customer service. Friendly, kind, patient, helpful and all with a great big smile. What a treasure he is to Delta Sonic!!!! Thanks Derek Also want to thank Supervisor Chylis S. In speaking with her about Derek once again I saw nothing shorty of a spirit of excellence. This Delta Sonic has a work environment culture that reflect amazing vision and genuine care for the customer and the service that provide.
