At first I was impressed by the setting, decoration, plants, a very Mediterranean inspiring atmosphere. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food was ok, especially the desserts and I think I'll come back to try other dishes, because the menu was quite interesting. A very pleasant experience

We had octopus, paella,risotto and duck, and all of them are so delicious. The atmosphere is so cool. Sangria is a little different from Spain. The service is beautiful. Thank you.

The Sangria restaurant looks amazing: it seems to be in a mediterranean garden: palms, trees, decorations and the coverage, that can be open when the weather permits it, will give you the sensation to be far from the central Piata Victoriei. The staff are friendly and professional and, more important, the foods is very tasty, The menu is various, every dish is preparated with accurance and moreover cooked perfectly, indifferently if you'll chose fish, meat, vegetables, paella or risotto.. or their tasty bread! Didi I mention that me with my wife have choosen this restaurant for our Wedding? Well, if I give it 5 stars/points/whaterver on tripadvisor, you can imagine how we and our guests have been satisfied from Sangria restaurant ;

Been there with my colleagues, we were all left unsatisfied. The soup were over salted, the black angus burgers were cold even though burned to char. The quessadila I ordered had no chicken nor mozzarella like the menu description said. It was only vegs. The waiter tried to remedy but it was too much get over.

I know Spanish food and it 's one of my favorites! Sangria have a nice set up and environment, a very polite and discreet waiter... But! Food is just plain, it has no charisma! I mean, when you go for Spanish food you expect fresh seafood in a paella reach of taste and flavors! The paella was simply plain... White rice mixed with some frozen, chewy seafood and vedges. I left half of it there... Got then the grilled calamari... a bit better but nothing WOW! The most disappointing thing: on the door there are 2 signs saying AMEX welcome . I gave the waiter my card and he said Sorry Sir we don 't accept AMEX! .... Why the hell you declare it at the door entrance? Anyhow... You can find better places in Bucharest... Be sure of it!
