To an Englez like me, I am used to a certain style of named Chinese foods.However, Romania seems to be totally different.My favourite restaurant in Bucharest ha... read more To an Englez like me, I am used to a certain style of named Chinese foods.However, Romania seems to be totally different.My favourite restaurant in Bucharest had a private party, so I decided to give this place a try.It was a basic tables and chairs with no "atmosphere"... apart from a large TV screen about 10 foot above the floor. I could not hear the sound, but I was hardly interested in TV.The service was a little slow and the waiter and waitress did not know much about standard Chinese food. They had never heard of Chop Suey, Chow Mein or Sweet and Sour....The menu was fairly well detailed, so I chose and ordered what I thought would be ideal.MY one big mistake was NOT asking for a beer with the meal.After a few mouthfuls of the hot food (temperature and spicy) I swiftly corrected MY mistake!The food itself was plentiful, tasty, very spicy and very warm. No complaints, despite the slow service.Overall, a lovely first time meal. BUT, you MUST have knowledge of Chinese food because the staff do not seem to know. It was good value for money even though it was a little bit more expensive than most Romanian restaurants. The food was very enjoyable. Full marks to the Chefs.I will probably return next time I am in town.

The delivery was on time so that was a plus, but the food was utter ****. The rice I ordered was really dry and had way too much salt and pepper - the only 'spices' I could taste in the dish. Also, the spring rolls, sauces and even the Schezwan Chicken was really bland. I would give this place the rating terrible, if it wasn't for the speedy delivery. I really hope they improve (and the overall good rating is really confusing, unless the food in the restaurant is miles away from what I ordered), but until then I will steer far from this place.

I call after an hour and 30 mins and they tell me it’s gonna take another 30 mins so I call again after 30 mins and they tell me it’s gonna take another 45 mins so I cancelled. Horrible!!!!
